A glutes and core focused session — sculpt and strengthen with guided barbell, dumbbell, and cable work tailored for women.

The Upper Cut

An upper body and arms focused class — build lean, toned arms, shoulders, and back with structured resistance training in a supportive setting.

Refine and Define

A full body session with a cardio burn included — using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight for real-world strength and confidence.

HER Cardio

High-energy sessions at every intensity level — from all-out intervals to steady-state cardio, there's a class for every mood and goal.
